Drip Drip Drop Little April Showers
Who: Usagi Tsukino and OPEN
Where: All over Vista
What: It's a rainy week and Usagi is missing home
When: All week
Warnings: None I can think of
A: Drip Drip Drop Little April Showers
It was raining. It was a surprise shower and the clouds looked like they would be there all week. But surprise or not, it was April, so Usagi always carried her umbrella on her during the month. She let out a sigh as she was walking home, her umbrella over her head. It was a brand new umbrella and it was covered in little rabbits and cats. It was so adorable how could she not purchase it? Besides, it allowed her to have more than one person under it too.
Which seemed to be a good thing, at the moment. As she walking back to her newer home, she saw someone under an awning, clearly stuck and without their own umbrella. She checked her watch. Well, she still had time before anyone else would be home. She headed over to them and offered a smile.
"If you need, I don't mind walking you to the bus stop or to get a cab or something?" She'd even walk them home if they really needed.
B: What Can Compare With Your Beautiful Sound?
Maybe this was a bad idea.
Usagi frowned as she flipped through the song-requests book. It was karaoke night at Brad's Diner and she had come to support the new idea but she had absolutely no confidence in singing. She also had absolutely no idea what half these songs were.
"Uuuugh there's so maaaany," she sighed as she kept glancing. "And half of these are duets," she mumbled. "At this rate I'm not going to be singing until it's over."
C: Drip Drip Drop When the Sky is Cloudy
Why? Why did this ALWAYS happen to her? She groaned and her shoulders visibly slumped forward as she held the umbrella over her head. She knew this was the address, she had the flowers to deliver in her arms, but the security guard was staunchly blocking her path.
"Oh come ooooon," she groaned, showing him the invoice. "It says right here, that I have a delivery for the band from the building manager! I just need to get in, drop it off, and then I'll be on my way!" she whined, growing more frustrated as this was now the third time she showed him the paper work and he had "called to the building manager" to see if they were actually going to let her in.
"I could have been gone by now! I'm not even staying to watch the band I just need to deliver these bouquets!" she stomped her foot, trying to leave before the band even arrived. "Don't you have anything better to do than stop me from delivering bought and paid for flowers!"
D: Your Pretty Music Can Brighten the Day
"EEEEEE!" the sun had made an appearance, finally! She loved rain, certainly, but she was like a sunflower, drawn to the light. Usagi was practically glowing as she spread out her arms and just spun around, letting all the warmth touch her skin as she walked through the park.
"Aaaah," she took a deep breath. The sun was warm but the grass and pavement was wet, the air still heavy but a rainbow bright in the sky. Her eyes were closed in content.
Which was perhaps her mistake as she took another slight spin... and her hand promptly smacked someone.
Her eyes snapped open.
"AAAAAH ARE YOU OKAY!?!" Goodbye good mood, hello panic.

They just keep running onto each other, don't they? Garnet blinks as she walks to the door, looking at the security guard.
"Hey, don't you know who this is? This is Serena, the best flower delivery specialist in all of Vista City." Hands on her hips. "You should let her do her job."
no subject
The body guard gazed at her and lifted a brow, but since Garnet was supposedly a gang leader, he didn't want to start any real trouble with her, besides, he doubted Usagi would too considering.
"It's against the rules, but if you're fine with it..." He was only supposed to stop the fans and the crazies, not the band, and certainly not a gang leader.
"EEEEEE THANK YOU!" Usagi hugged onto Garnet, about ready to cry from joy.
no subject
It probably helped that Garnet was practically the It Girl of Pride. On top of the possible gang leader thing.
no subject
"Thank you so much for that," she sighed as the door closed behind them.
"Ah, don't suppose you could show me the dressing room too? I just need to drop these off."
no subject
People instantly moved when Garnet entered the corridor. As if out of respect, to give such a personage the wide berth she so rightly deserved. A few people looked at Usagi like she was mad - she really was going to be that close to Garnet? Was she worthy of it?
no subject
"Do you all have one dressing room or different ones?"
no subject
Pointing to the VIP room, with her name adorned with a brass plaque on a well-appointed door.
"Here's theirs."
The converted storage closet across the way, with a piece of printer paper taped on it with their names written on it (Sabo's written as 'Saboo', then crossed out and rewritten as 'sabu'). There's a ketchup stain on the corner.
"That is really thoughtful of whoever sent the flowers."
no subject
"Oh ah, it's from the building manager, I- uh- guess we'll put Sabo and Terrance's in... their room and... the rest in yours?" she felt a bit uncomfortable by this, unaware that it was because of Garnet's growing "fame."
"If that's okay?"
no subject
no subject
"It... are you-?" she suddenly said as she looked at Garnet. She could indeed see the way they were clouded. "Garnet... Garnet why don't you come in it with me?" she said instead, she wondered if she realized the size if she were to go into it. "You can show me where I should place them."
no subject
no subject
Could she even break the trance.
"You can't really think this is okay for them, do you?"
no subject
"What are you talking about?"
no subject
no subject
"Of course I care. They're my band, I need to take care of them, don't I? Why wouldn't I care for them, after what I've put in to ensure our success?"

Garnet did look disbelieving as she held out her hands. However, her hands bumped into wall. She did it again, on another wall. Again. But that made no sense.
"I don't understand."
no subject
She gently rubbed the back of Garent's hand with her thumb, not letting her hand go.
"There's no telling what else is different to your sight."
no subject
Garnet's hand slipped away from Usagi's, and she almost pushed the other girl out of the way as she backed away from the closet.
"Please don't touch me." She almost pleaded. "You don't know who's watching."
no subject
"Please let me know... if there's anything I can do," she closed the door to the closet behind her. "Do you need water?"
no subject
no subject
"Garnet, maybe you should sit down, this... this is probably a lot to take in."
no subject
Deep breath.
"Am I losing my mind? I probably am. That's what it feels like, you know." She chuckles without mirth. "I feel like crap, dumping this on you, you know, Serena."
