What: Hanging out, discussing new projects, the latest gossip, and whatever else.
When: The day after the awards ceremony
Where: The band's assigned penthouse in the Pride records building.
Warnings: They're perky and largely annoying? None.

[That party had been all kinds of interesting and exciting and honestly a little weird. But regardless, Trucy is all kinds of pumped up to get going on her band's next project. Right after delicious gourmet breakfast of course. Having private chefs is seriously the best thing ever. But after that she'll be poking around the penthouse for her bandmates.


Hey guys! Band meeting! We've got awards to win! Let's get this show on the road!


[Not that Trucy has any authority here. Feel free to ignore her though in favor of movies, video games, sleep, or whatever. There's a lot of cool stuff in these penthouses after all..]

Totally! So I guess we need to start writing our next album or something, right?

[Pinkie flops along a couch. How do they normally go about writing their albums? She's not sure, but it obviously worked for them before, so...]

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hmmmm...

[Trucy flops down on a couch, and stares up at the ceiling for a few moments. Then suddenly, she sits up excitedly.]

Oh! I know! How about we do a whole album themed on colors? Like all the songs are inspired by a different color?

[sailorlaughter]

Oooooh! That's an awesome idea! It totally goes with our whole thing, you know?

[magic_to_do]

Exactly! And when we perform it live...

[Because of course they're going to have a big concert.]

We can all wear white. And have colored lights on stage so that our outfits look like they're changing color with the songs!!

[sailorlaughter]

[GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASP]

That's. So. Awesome!

I know, right? The audience won't even know what hit 'em!

[Now all they have to do is actually write color based songs. Which maybe should have been the first step.]

I bet I could write one about pink...

[But everyone would expect that, wouldn't they?]

...or we could all trade!

Oooh, that could be fun. We should probably ask the others what they wanna do.

[sailorlaughter]

I mean, if I wrote a song about pink that'd PRETTY much just be writing a song about me! And who does THAT?

True...

[And they do want the album to be fresh and unique.]

Okay, so we'll all trade colors for this one. And that way we can put our feelings for each other into the songs.

[It works out 'cause they're all super best friends. As far as Trucy is concerned anyway.]

[sailorlaughter]

Awesome! [Of course they are!] We can wait to pick who does what, it wouldn't be fair to start without everyone. What should we call it - [GASP] - oh man! The album art's gonna be so pretty!

[magic_to_do]

Right. We need everyone to get in on this.

[Trucy echoes that gasp though.]

Oh wow, you are so right! What do you think we should do about the art? Hire someone? Or do it ourselves?

[Not that their manager was likely to let them use their own design. Marketing is important after all.]

[sailorlaughter]

We could try and do it ourselves! [Though Pinkie also kinda knows that probably won't fly, it's worth a shot.] But we have to ALL work on it. Like one big thing!

Like maybe we all take buckets of paint and splatter it all over?

[It would make a huge mess and probably look awful. A+ over here.]

Yeah! Or we could use water guns full of paint!

[This suite isn't gonna last the week]

[Yeah, the suite is doomed.]

Like, all of us shooting paint guns at a blank wall. For five minutes! And then that's the album cover.

AND THEN WE HAVE A PAINT FIGHT!

We'd have to! We wouldn't want to waste all the extra paint, right?


[Because that makes sense.]

Maybe we should invite one of the other bands and have an epic paint war!

[This was about an album cover a second ago...]

YEAH! Maybe we can get like, a whole Pride thing going!

That would be amazing!

[She laughs.]

I dunno how many of them would actually come though.

[She's pretty sure Junkyard Carnival would just laugh at them. Flashstep has some fun loving guys though...]

They might come just to shoot paint at us!

[Look, she's aware they aren't everybody's favs. She just ignores it most of the time!]

Hmm, good point. Shooting at us does seem like something they'd enjoy.

[Because that's a good thing?]

It'd be fun for everyone!

[Hey, if you're gonna throw a party...it'd be different if she MINDED getting paint on her.]

Yup! Everyone but the janitors!

[And probably the managers. Do those guys even know how to have fun?]
