If Tsuna ever voiced these thoughts Ryouta would tell him that he's pretty sure Tsuna could date anyone. He's cute and nice, which are both good things.

"I don't know, he's something," he smiles softly. "He's someone special. I know that much."

Unlike Tsuna, Ryouta doesn't think it's that weird, but he had been dealing with it for a little bit longer than Tsuna had. Or maybe it's because he doesn't mind it that much, using it as inspiration.
