I'm still making my mind up about that. I've never believed in ghosts before but I do believe that the universe is a lot bigger and mysterious than we small people understand. I think we've only touched the tip of the iceberg. There's some sort of force at work here with all that consistency and nobody ever seeing an actual person they could blame.

Haunted sounds a bit mean for what this is. All these harmless little tricks and things tipping over. How about "there's someone or something else visiting us?"
