[Until this moment, Luci had never experienced a walk of shame. She never felt shame about spending the night in someone else's bed, she hardly felt shame period.]
[But this is it, apparently. She tries to keep her head up high as she limps through Pride HQ with her shoes in one hand and a bedsheet wrapped around all of her, but it's almost impossible to ignore the stares and push away thoughts of what must be going through everyone's heads--]
['Is that Lucifer? Looks like she bit off more than she could chew, doesn't it? I never thought it would happen to her, though. Bitch Queen probably earned it. Let's be real, it was only a matter of time before this happened to her. What with the choices she makes.']
[It's a long walk to the elevators.]
[Once she gets back to the suite, she closes the door behind her, drops her shoes and leans back against the wall. Technically she's home, but now she has to face her band. They're going to be hurt over this, they're going to be mad as hell. But she couldn't stop it, she hadn't been able to say no.]
[Maybe she can make it to her room before anybody comes to investigate the door opening and shutting. It's a nice idea, but her legs don't want to work anymore. They're tired from... everything.]
[Luci slides down the wall and lands sitting up against it. There's no running from this, she's tired.]
