There's a flicker of surprise at that -- surprise that Usagi would worry about such a thing, let alone express it (and even more so that she would sacrifice the umbrella for Lapis' comfort).

Her voice drops a little. "You should keep it for yourself."
Usagi is a human, after all, at least from the looks of her, and the umbrella is far too small for her to give up and still stay dry herself.
