He's not unaware of that little tinge of condescension in her smile, and the "Kiddo" nickname doesn't exactly thrill him either, but from Yuffie he'll tolerate them. She's apparently more or less drawn him into her circle of friends, and Jamie certainly isn't going to object to that.
