Finnick's already had the argument with Alex. They're down to three now, and maybe Finnick wouldn't mind the revolving door of band mates so much if he knew why they were getting fired so quickly. It's not just the image of the band he's worried about, but his own security. He's all but given up on being able to get out at any point, not that he really wants to walk away from all this work, but without knowing why people are getting fired and what's happening to them afterward it's all he can think about.
