Octave doesn't consciously remember doing that, as it wasn't something he tried to project into Jamie's mind or anything, but he believes that it happened due to the connection they share. He'll hesitate before saying anything about Anansi though - after thinking it over for a long few moments he'll comment that they were friends.

"We were musicians for Virgo before we died - she was one, too. She helped us out a few times, but...I guess you could say it's complicated."

As for energy conversion, they've been getting this one a lot.

"None of us know the specifics at this point - just that their soul is getting 'converted' into a form suitable for fueling whatever doomsday project those two have going on. We know they're still alive, but..."
