The Dream Stone [Open]
Who: Amethyst and YOU
What: Amethyst shape shifts into a variety of characters throughout the city.
When: April 20-21
Where: Pride HQ lobby, Virgo HQ lobby, a random club

After making some friends in the city's garbage disposal service Amethyst starts trading her routes and shifts with others, determined to get shifts working the blocks where Virgo and Pride are located. It takes two identities and talking a guy into taking the day off but finally she gains access. If another week had gone by she was ready to crawl up the headquarters' garbage shoots any way.
The mornings of the 20th and 21st she, or in Virgo's case "he" a big middle aged man, can be seen entering the lobby of HQ to tell reception that something odd has been found in the building dumpster out back. While receptionists hurry to make calls to avoid trouble, the garbage lady or man gets the chance to hang out in the lobby and even ask about positions in the janitorial staff.

One thing she's learned, parties and clubs are the place to meet local celebrities. Getting past the bouncers is as easy as shrinking into a small animal and slipping through a window. Once inside she tries to act natural as she pokes her head through circles of chatting people to find any of the faces she's seen on the covers of records or on television.
The bartender appears to be displeased with her when the glass they just served her a drink in disappears. (Amethyst might have swallowed it when no one was looking because bar food just isn't filling enough!) She decides it's better to get out on the dance floor instead of inhaling small servings of nuts in the corner. A moment later she's dancing under the club lights and the crowd parts around her. Either she's really good or really different. She doesn't notice yet.

At first she's off to the side, sipping at a soda and watching until the crowd parts and she sees someone dancing like no one is watching. It makes her smile and drift into the crowd until she's close enough to speak without having to scream to be heard.]

Thanks! And I didn't get these moves from somewhere or someone. They come right outta me! You just haveta let loose!
[ She wiggles up and down. ] You can do it too! Come on!

[Although the idea of letting loose isn't in what the teen is. She watches for a moment longer before giving in ever so slightly. She's swaying and moving a bit but it's far from what could be called dancing. Too much being behind the drums for her to think about that much.]

[ She taps her feet and throws out her arms in different directions like she's hitting the different drums in a drum set with her hands. Amethyst has spent some time in the percussionist's chair too. ]

"Hi!" She leans casually against the counter, the better to hold herself upright. "You said you found something in the dumpster, right? What was it? Anything cool?"

[Of course she's going to watch and pause before starting to move more. It's actually starting to look like she can dance although some moves probably look more like they belong in a kagura dance. That or slowed down it would look at least a bit more elegant. At least she's starting to get it..and have some fun.]
