It's less her hair that gets ruffled and more her hat that moves around from the gesture, but the result is the same. She gives a little whinny "Hey!" and knocks the cup off her head.

"Suit yourself. You're missing out!"

Then she scoops up the fallen cup and tosses it like a basketball into a nearby trashcan. Nothing but net.
