Marty takes notice of how Shin doesn't answer that question. "Y-Yeah. I'm sure." He shakes his head, and tries to crack the best smile he can. "Thanks though."

In a way, he shouldn't judge; it was kind of stupid whether you were sober or not. It still leaves a sour taste in his mouth, though. At least Shin wasn't being pushy about it. That Marty was thankful for, at least.
