Suga remembered that Oikawa told him that he wanted to meet up in some garage to talk about his plan. He didn't remember seeing the garage when he walked around the city. He trusted Oikawa, he stayed here longer than him. When it came to the time for them to meet Suga put on a causal hoodie and pair of jeans before he walked over to the garage.

He told him that the garage belonged to a mad scientist he met. After everything else he learned since he arrived in Vista City he could believe it. He walked around for a bit before he found the garage and walked in. He looked around for a bit before he looked over when he heard Oikawa's voice and waved at him.
