J hears Doc coming long before either of them make it to the corner. It looks like Doc had the same idea, but it sounds like the streets are throwing him for a bit of a loop. "Nah," he shrugs easily, voice low. "I'm from LA. You get used to these kinda roads pretty quickly." Which isn't going to help Doc much in this situation, is it. "If it helps, pick a couple routes an' concentrate on those - it'll help to know the back ways if the main thoroughfares get blocked."
