Finnick frowns when he first sees her. At first he doesn't even remember how he knows her, just that he does, and it's from something significant. After a few seconds he finally lands on the Fairy Trials, and everything is moving so fast but he's losing faith in coincidences. There's a reason she's here, and he has to find out why.

So he stops and mutters a few words to his security and changes direction, offering what probably looks like a manic smile. He's trying to look friendly like he's greeting a familiar fan, but he's so wound up right now that his eyes are a little frantic.
