The mention of missing Sora doesn't stick out too much to B; he's seen plenty of fans online talking about how strange it's been, seeing Flashstep's lineup without Sora or, for that matter, Yosuke. With that in mind, the comment doesn't stick out too much.

Then things get a little stranger.

As Ivan leans over, B reflexively turns his head to try and make sure his robotic eyes aren't visible. Then he becomes very still.

He may not have been exceptionally familiar with Ivan, personally or professionally, but he can still definitely recognize that voice. No way.
