Venus couldn't breathe a sigh of relief, not yet, but she could spare a small smile. Meril was going to be all right---they'd make that happen for sure. She hardened her resolve and charged ahead.

"I'll take 'em on! I'm with you, Mars."

She led the charge with sword in hand, as she knew she'd need to. Anyone aiming at Rei or Meril would have to go through her.
