"Hey--" Luci stops them walking, turning so she's in front of Maxxie. She puts her hand under his chin so he's looking at her. It's a warm, comforting gesture, no heat to it at all. She can't be sure, but she's 85% certain that Maxxie is not at all interested in her and won't be. Besides... she can't stand him looking so vulnerable and upset, for some reason. She has to fix it.
