Fighting Evil by Moonlight
Who: Eternal Sailor Moon and whoever she comes to help
What: All the tabloid talks of attacks has made Sailor Moon decide to go on patrol at night
Where: All over the city and outside of Virgo HQ
When: Throughout the Week
Warnings: Minor violence
Option A: Rabid Fans Abound
It wasn't that she didn't understand that they needed to remain low key, but with the missing rescuers, all the tabloids of more and more violence, and the ocean attack on the label? Sailor Moon couldn't keep sitting on her hands. It went against everything she stood for. She had to protect everyone, even those of an alternate Earth.
So at night, with the moon as her guide, she kept watch on the streets. Her boots clicked along the gravel of a roof as she landed, her wings... she took a deep breath. It was good to have them back. She would be lying if she wasn't also doing this to keep her wings strong. She hadn't been able to fly in months and hadn't needed too for years back home.
She heard screams though and started running towards it, coming to a ledge and watching as a concert was being let out of a club. Oh, thank goodness. Just screams of joy.
Or well... it had started out that way. She watched as the fans broke the barriers and started going after the rock star. Her eyes narrowed. What was it with these fans!
She flew down and cut through the screams.
"LET THEM GO THIS INSTANT!" she ordered.
Option B: Breath of Fresh Air
She was flying again. She closed her eyes and while she didn't have any connection to the wind and sky like Uranus did, the moon was full overhead. She basked in the moonlight, feeling it wash over her. Not her moon, no, but so close to it. She closed her eyes as she spun in the air to soak it up.
It was warm and cool at the same time, welcoming soft light while all the other stars were blotted out by the light pollution.
She landed in a park and let out a breath, she glowed. She had soaked up the moonlight and the crescent moon on her brow glowed brightest. She tucked her wings in tight. Her head felt clear and she reached up to remove the transformation, only she stopped suddenly when she heard a twig snapped. She spun around.
"Show yourself!" she demanded.
Option C: The Tower Gates
She was looking at Virgo Tower and the calm ocean with her hands clenched at her side. In there was the one who took Rei from her, who took all those innocent people from their homes. She summoned the Tiare and lifted it... only for her shoulders to slump and her head to fall forward.
She couldn't... the were getting closer, and she couldn't attack because it would be the people she was trying to save who would face the consequences of her actions. She let her scepter fade from her hand and she just continued to look at the tower.
"Please just wait a little longer," she whispered.
Option D: Just an Average Girl
No longer Eternal Sailor Moon, just Usagi Tsukino a.k.a Serena Lapin now, she needed to head back home. She was just outside of the Virgo Tower and knew it was going to be a long way back. But she couldn't risk them following her as Sailor Moon when she flew. She'd have to walk.
"Not my smartest idea," she mumbled to herself as she started walking, her head bowed. So of course, she didn't notice when she ran smack into someone's chest.
She stumbled backwards and rubbed her nose.
"Oh, uh, I'm sorry, should look where I'm going," honestly she should.

D!
No wait, that's probably a bad thing.
Well....
At least there's no piercings or zippers to get caught on?
After making sure the girl is okay, setting her solid, and gently holding the top of her arms to keep her steady, he pulls back completely and gives a deep sweeping bow, even doffing his orange cowboy hat, exposing the mustache'd skull and T-bones tattoo on his back.
"Nonsense, it's all my fault Miss. I'm very sorry. Are you all right? Unharmed?" A glance up at her to make sure she hadn't hit him running too hard.

Usagi's face went deep, deep red. She promptly bowed back, if only to hide her face from the embarrassment and nodded."
"I-I-I'm alright! I'm really sorry I ran into you, sir." She took a deep breath, trying to calm down. "You-you did nothing wrong, sir, I promise. I'm so sorry! You're not hurt, are you?"
no subject
"No no, I'm absolutely fine. I'm used to people running me down actually!" he gives her a gentle grin to show no harm done, and that it was a joke. Mostly. He has the vaguest inkling he's been thrown through walls by people he loved. Random.
"Are you sure you're okay? At least nothing's spilled right?"
Another bow with a small sly grin, trying to make sure she wasn't bruised or knocked back. Part of that being-thrown-through-walls not!memory is that he also swears he's used to his Gramps refusing to use doors, preferring just to break walls. Again, random, but since that's where Ace must have learned most of his fighting, he's pretty sure he's more solid than your average not-flung-through-walls person.
"I'm Ace. Portgas D. Ace. Are you in a rush? Can I see you home safely anywhere?" Another impetuous grin, "That way no one else gets run over, right?" Another joke... sort of.
no subject
"Oh! And I'm Serena Lapin, a pleasure to meet you," she smiled as she gave a small little bow in return, nothing nearly as grand as Ace's but still sincere. "And no nothing spilled. Just on my way home."
"Ah well..." should she let him? "I mean, aren't you headed back to the Tower? Walking me home would take you incredibly far from it."
no subject
"That's okay, I'm actually still getting my bearings here! I stay with Pride's tower, but I wanted to check out the rest of the city, starting with the competition, or rivalry. Whichever, so to speak."
If she wants to turn him down she's going to need a better excuse. Like not wanting strange topless guys walking her home. That one might work.
"So far I've mapped out all the restaurants that require jackets, and all the convenience stores that don't." Is that a joke or serious? Probably both.
no subject
"Ah thank you, that's really sweet of you to say." Still, the fact that he didn't take that as her "no" was going to be a problem. On the one hand, even her weakened stage, she could handle anything dangerous. On the other, she needed to know all about the musicians and what went on so she could rescue them.
"Ah... how about a compromise, you can walk me half-way? That way you won't have to walk even further home."
no subject
Ah well.
"If that's what you wish," he shoots her a wry grin, "Though really, it's no trouble. You'd be doing me the favor, teaching me the quickest routes, and that sort of thing." Get away roads: check.
no subject
"Ah maybe another time, Mr. Ace," she really didn't want to put him in any danger when it concerned Haruka and now Michiru. They wouldn't really take well to that.
"Er... aren't you cold though?"
no subject
"I'm always warm though," he explained lamely, even though it sounded bizarre even to his own ears.
He snapped his fingers. "I've got a jacket in my backpack, but it's mostly just in case it rains." But if it was really that cold out, maybe he should put it on to just look slightly more normal and less like he fell straight off a surfboard into the middle of the street. "It's not that cold, is it?" he looked around as if expecting the answer to be a sudden snowfall or something.
no subject
"Well, I don't think it's going to rain." She glanced up at the light-polluted, but still clear, night sky.
"But... er... why are you shirtless?" may as well just come out and ask.
no subject
"No sense having these babies if I'm not going to show 'em off, right?"
Another flex before he rested his hands behind his neck. "Besides, you know what they say, if you've got it, flaunt it. Something like that." His confidence wasn't nearly as over the top as he acted, but he was of the belief that faking it was nearly as good as having it.
no subject
"Ah well... I guess... we should start heading out, it's already pretty late," she smiled. "Will you tell me why you got... uh... a skull and cross bones with a mustache?"
