Fighting Evil by Moonlight
Who: Eternal Sailor Moon and whoever she comes to help
What: All the tabloid talks of attacks has made Sailor Moon decide to go on patrol at night
Where: All over the city and outside of Virgo HQ
When: Throughout the Week
Warnings: Minor violence
Option A: Rabid Fans Abound
It wasn't that she didn't understand that they needed to remain low key, but with the missing rescuers, all the tabloids of more and more violence, and the ocean attack on the label? Sailor Moon couldn't keep sitting on her hands. It went against everything she stood for. She had to protect everyone, even those of an alternate Earth.
So at night, with the moon as her guide, she kept watch on the streets. Her boots clicked along the gravel of a roof as she landed, her wings... she took a deep breath. It was good to have them back. She would be lying if she wasn't also doing this to keep her wings strong. She hadn't been able to fly in months and hadn't needed too for years back home.
She heard screams though and started running towards it, coming to a ledge and watching as a concert was being let out of a club. Oh, thank goodness. Just screams of joy.
Or well... it had started out that way. She watched as the fans broke the barriers and started going after the rock star. Her eyes narrowed. What was it with these fans!
She flew down and cut through the screams.
"LET THEM GO THIS INSTANT!" she ordered.
Option B: Breath of Fresh Air
She was flying again. She closed her eyes and while she didn't have any connection to the wind and sky like Uranus did, the moon was full overhead. She basked in the moonlight, feeling it wash over her. Not her moon, no, but so close to it. She closed her eyes as she spun in the air to soak it up.
It was warm and cool at the same time, welcoming soft light while all the other stars were blotted out by the light pollution.
She landed in a park and let out a breath, she glowed. She had soaked up the moonlight and the crescent moon on her brow glowed brightest. She tucked her wings in tight. Her head felt clear and she reached up to remove the transformation, only she stopped suddenly when she heard a twig snapped. She spun around.
"Show yourself!" she demanded.
Option C: The Tower Gates
She was looking at Virgo Tower and the calm ocean with her hands clenched at her side. In there was the one who took Rei from her, who took all those innocent people from their homes. She summoned the Tiare and lifted it... only for her shoulders to slump and her head to fall forward.
She couldn't... the were getting closer, and she couldn't attack because it would be the people she was trying to save who would face the consequences of her actions. She let her scepter fade from her hand and she just continued to look at the tower.
"Please just wait a little longer," she whispered.
Option D: Just an Average Girl
No longer Eternal Sailor Moon, just Usagi Tsukino a.k.a Serena Lapin now, she needed to head back home. She was just outside of the Virgo Tower and knew it was going to be a long way back. But she couldn't risk them following her as Sailor Moon when she flew. She'd have to walk.
"Not my smartest idea," she mumbled to herself as she started walking, her head bowed. So of course, she didn't notice when she ran smack into someone's chest.
She stumbled backwards and rubbed her nose.
"Oh, uh, I'm sorry, should look where I'm going," honestly she should.

A) And now she can save him!
Then the swarm starts spilling forward. He takes a few steps back, in disbelief that he's about to partake in the running of the fangirls (and boys). Just as the crowd begins to creep up on him that's when Eternal Sailor Moon makes her appearance. Roy's view is blocked by wings for a moment, he does a double take as it becomes clear a flying girl appeared from up above to fend off the fans.
That outfit is nothing like a regular body guard's.
"What?" This just keeps getting stranger.
no subject
"Are you hurt?" she asked, standing between the fans and Roy, her Tiare summoned in case she needed to create barrier to protect him.
no subject
The well behaved part of the crowd watches and murmurs about the mysterious woman that had just saved one of the rockstars. Some of the troublemakers however think they've been unfairly interrupted and begin shouting at the "weird cosplay chick."
no subject
She glowed brighter, using a bit of her energy and ready to build a barrier as soon as she needed to so she could get Roy to safety.
"I have nothing to do with Pride. I simply cannot abide by people getting attacked!"
no subject
"Did you fly here just now? Who are you?"
no subject
Or perhaps they will. She watched as some narrowed their eyes and were balling their fists.
"I did. And I am Sailor Moon, champion of love and justice. I heard the screams and came."
no subject
He realizes there's no need obvious reason to hold back. He asks her, "What brings you to Vista City?"
A cautious sideways glance towards the crowd and he can tell some of them are getting angry again. They must not like seeing him chat casually with the person that separated them. "We should move," he suggests.
no subject
"As soon as your car is far enough, I'll release the barrier. No one will be hurt."
no subject
"Just a minute. Keep the barrier large enough to block people from the car if you can." He pulls a sharpie from his pocket and crouches down next to the driver side car door. Without a moment of hesitation be starts drawing something out there on the door, first a circle, then lines and shapes inside of it.
"Can others hear us from outside of your barrier?"
no subject
"What is it you need?"
no subject
He presses his hands to the circle on the car and after a faint glow from the strange drawing the car doors unlock. Moving matter- a simple alchemy trick. As soon as the locks pop up he throws the door open and hops into the driver seat. He starts drawing another circle on the dashboard and checks the glove box and feels under the seats for bugs just to be safe. Nothing. After all, Pride has no need to take such security measures when their staff are walking tracking devices for their musicians. How fortunate Roy is that his body guard has been forced away from him a second time.
"Get in please. I promise I won't bring you too close to the towers. You are avoiding them for a reason after all, aren't you? It might very well be related to what I want to discuss."
no subject
She couldn't will away her other wings though, so she hopes that it isn't that awkward for Roy to drive with.
"Er... this... isn't going to be easy, honestly."
no subject
"Let me know if you need me to stop the car. I'll pull over immediately." Once they're on the road he feels confident enough to start talking. "Sailor Moon, you clearly have otherworldly powers, you want to protect the innocent, and you're avoiding the Pride and Virgo towers. Are you here to fight against Lesedi Santiago and Edward Blanche? Are you aware of what they've been doing to their musicians?"
no subject
"I am, to both questions. Nor am I the only one."

As he drives Roy turns up and down streets, making circles and zig zags, staying on the road but away from the label towers.

She sighed.
"We need to know how many musicians are starting to remember, how many total there have been. We don't know what has happened to some of our rescuers. And if you can, information about the inside of the towers, blue prints and floor plans."
no subject
"As for the other information you need, I have a contact in your movement. I will forward it to that person and tell them to inform your leaders."
no subject
"Do not, under any condition, endanger yourself to get us the information, you and the others are important above all else."
