☆TRACK IIX: BETTER TO PRETEND PT. 2

What: Hit gameshow series “Fairy Trial” is celebrating one of its anniversaries, and it’s invited you onboard. Check out the OOC post for IC match ups!
When: March 21st.
Where: Sevetop Entertainment’s studio.

“Every prince is a fantasy, The witch is inside of me. Her poison will wash away the memory.” ☆BETTER TO PRETEND The day has finally come for Fairy Trial filming to begin! No matter if they’ve arrived by limo or taken the bus, everyone involved gets star treatment as the makeup and costume departments go wild with the models they’ve been given. At least Sevetop has good accomodations. While it’s a chaotic and crowded scene, everyone still manages to fit in the two buildings Sevetop has dedicated for Fairy Trial’s purposes in this area. It’s one of the only points today that anyone will have a chance to everyone else. After all, once everyone involved in a particular challenge is done with, they’re hurried out the door and to their particular destination. Every challenge has a different area it takes place in, after all. For some pair ups, they’ll find themselves merely being escorted to another set on Sevetop’s huge property. Others will find themselves being escorted to some very classy transportation and taken outside of Vista City to special obstacle courses that simply wouldn’t fit anywhere else. On the bright side, once the actual filming is done no matter the location, the crew involved seems to relax considerably. Whether they’ve done great or not, Heroes and Royals are treated to dinner and a change out of their costumes. Good job, everyone. “We kill the lights and put on a show. It's all a lie, but you'd never know. The star will shine, And then it will fall, And you will forget it all.”

[Guess who's harassing Maxxie after they're both done taping.]

[Terry comes up behind Maxxie when he spots him and starts billowing his cape instead of acting in any way like a normal person.]

[Maxxie turns his head to look at the source of the tugging on his cape with raised eyebrows, and when he sees what's going on he grins.]

You like it?

[traumatizing]

[Terry smiles back and sidles in close to put an arm around Maxxie.]

It's a good look on you.

[notahobby]

[Maxxie grins bashfully, turning to Terry and slipping an arm around his waist.]

You say that about everything.

[traumatizing]

That's because it's always true.

[notahobby]

[Maxxie smiles broadly in response to the compliment and then brings his hand to Terry's chest, gently tracing his fingers over a row of buttons.]

I like this on you too.

[traumatizing]

It's pretty good, isn't it?

[He leans in to give Maxxie a quick peck on the cheek, and starts pushing him gently toward a couch so they can sit.]

I'm keeping the outfit.

[notahobby]

Excellent, that was my next question.

[Is he waggling his eyebrows at him? Yes, the answer is yes.]

[traumatizing]

[Terry laughs and kisses him again.]

I don't know how to clean it though, so you can't get anything on it.

[notahobby]

[Maxxie makes a disappointed noise.]

I guess we'll just have to be careful then. Why'd they have to make it so difficult?

[traumatizing]

[He pushes Maxxie gently, indicating that he'd very much like for him to sit down, and shrugs.]

I don't make the costumes, I just look good in them.

[notahobby]

[Maxxie does as indicated, putting a hand on Terry's waist to pull him closer.]

Well, that's true at least.

[traumatizing]

[Terry sits side-on on Maxxie's lap as soon as he's sat, and he also takes off his hat and drops it on Maxxie's head.]

You could probably pull this off.

[notahobby]

[Maxxie shrugs one shoulder.]

I could pull anything off. I like what I ended up with, though.

[traumatizing]

I like it too.

[Terry sighs softly and wraps his arms around Maxxie, shifting a little closer so he can rest his head on his shoulder too while he's at it.]

[notahobby]

[Maxxie grins and wraps his arms around Terry right back.]

Twitter's gonna go crazy with this.

[traumatizing]

[God, he hadn't even though about that. Terry lifts his head to look at Maxxie, briefly worried as if Maxxie's the one here with the pathological aversion to the press knowing anything about him.]

Is that okay?

[notahobby]

[Maxxie smiles at him, so intensely happy with this boyfriend that he has, he can't even be bothered to care.]

Yeah. Long as it's okay with you.

[traumatizing]

I'm not ready to go making announcements or anything, but... [He sighs and puts his head back on Maxxie's shoulder.] Sometimes I want to take you to a nice place for dinner, or kiss you when we're at a bar. I'm too tired for this secrecy stuff.

[notahobby]

[Oh my god it's unbearable how much he likes this man. Maxxie tightens his arms around Terry and sighs.]

I've waited so long to hear you say something like that.

[traumatizing]

[Terry laughs softly] That I'm tired?

[notahobby]

That you don't want to keep it a secret.

[Maxxie nuzzles his face gently.]

D'you know how much I've wanted to show you off since we started dating?

[traumatizing]

Show me off?

[Terry yawns and shifts to get a little more comfortable.]

I'm nothing special.

[notahobby]

No offense, Ter, but I wouldn't be dating you if you weren't special.

[traumatizing]

[Oh, oh no. Is it obvious how red his face is with all the makeup he's wearing? Probably best to just hide. Terry turns his head with a small noise of complaint and embarrassment, pressing his face against Maxxie's shoulder in protest.]
