“Every prince is a fantasy, The witch is inside of me. Her poison will wash away the memory.” ☆BETTER TO PRETEND  The day has finally come for Fairy Trial filming to begin! No matter if they’ve arrived by limo or taken the bus, everyone involved gets star treatment as the makeup and costume departments go wild with the models they’ve been given. At least Sevetop has good accomodations. While it’s a chaotic and crowded scene, everyone still manages to fit in the two buildings Sevetop has dedicated for Fairy Trial’s purposes in this area. It’s one of the only points today that anyone will have a chance to everyone else. After all, once everyone involved in a particular challenge is done with, they’re hurried out the door and to their particular destination. Every challenge has a different area it takes place in, after all. For some pair ups, they’ll find themselves merely being escorted to another set on Sevetop’s huge property. Others will find themselves being escorted to some very classy transportation and taken outside of Vista City to special obstacle courses that simply wouldn’t fit anywhere else. On the bright side, once the actual filming is done no matter the location, the crew involved seems to relax considerably. Whether they’ve done great or not, Heroes and Royals are treated to dinner and a change out of their costumes. Good job, everyone. “We kill the lights and put on a show. ☆COSTUME AND MAKEUP
[Of course, if your session has already finished, perhaps you’re waiting on the rest of your group to get ready and now have time to kill. In which case, go and chat at other people, or check out how they’re doing. Just try not to be too bothersome. The makeup artists and costume department are under a lot of stress right now. Don’t make the next tabloid be “Famous musician gets a wig stuffed in their mouth”.]

[Terry is pretty happy with his look for the show, he's already cleared keeping the costume afterward and everything, that's how much he loves it. Being someone who wears as much makeup and generally cumbersome clothing as he does anyway, Terry doesn't need to spend a lot of time in costume and he's generally pleasant to deal with.]
[He's tense once that's done though. Mostly just pacing while he waits for the call to head out to set. Not that he's nervous, but you know. He's totally 100% nervous about this.]

[He's a hell of a lot more relaxed once his bit's over and done with. For the most part, Terry just kinda sits around doing nothing because it's actually kind of nice to have nothing to do, but he'll also approach people coming back to ask how their bit went, or offer to help anyone who looks particularly uncomfortable in costume. Such a kind young man, this one.]

[The pure black contacts in his eyes make the small costume team assigned to him delighted. In no time at all, he manages to avoid being shoved into gothic nonsense and instead has something distinctly bee themed. Black and gold is in, don't you know? He seems pretty content with it, because it's better than anything else he could have been shoved into, and is in the process of just sitting back and relaxing as one person tries to tame his hair and another does black nail polish.]

[It's a good thing her costumer likes kids, apparently. That means they're more than happy to stand to the side chuckling as she spins around. The Royals are the ones in the hurry for their challenge, not the Heroes, so that means Connie gets a moment to just admire her costume. The green and a long flowing cape maker her think of Lisa, but the scalemail beneath her shirt? The pauldron? She hasn't got any makeup done yet, but Connie doesn't think she needs it.]

The dress is hardly a problem - everyone keeps saying she looks perfect, and it only takes a few moments to get in, so that's saved for last. Her hair is definitely taking the longest, to get that perfect powder pink color hair. Her make up is also a bit of a chore - making sparkling, white pancake makeup, as well as blue rouge making feathers surrounding her face.
Needless to say, between the makeup and the hair, she's going to be in the chair for awhile - she can use the company.]

Xanxus | OTA
That tabloid, it's probably going to be about him. Xanxus has a "look". He never wears anything but black and leather. Rarely does he wear a shirt. The whole concept of dressing up isn't something he's been looking forward to. The make-up too. He's been fighting the make-up artists (verbally) because he doesn't care what they think, he's not letting them use a metric asston of concealer on his face and hands and everything else.
In the end, the make-up artists don't win a complete victory but they've still gotten him. And for once, Xanxus will be in an actual shirt. A shirt and pants and a crimson brocade coat over it all. He's almost unrecognizable, all elegant and operatic.
He sighs and stares at the mask he was given. Well, at least it's not make-up. Slipping the mask over his face (it hides only the top half of it) he heads towards his throne. "I can't wait to get out of this damn thing." He grumbles.

Bets on how long it takes for him to get the hell out of the bright red Opera Ghost attire? Because he's definitely going to get rid of it. Between keeping a watchful eye over a little girl that is. He's trying not to look like he's being protective. Lord knows how badly that's going.
