The morning after is... rough.

Luce doesn't sleep well, and she doesn't know how the rest of her band fares, either. Yet time keeps moving on, no matter what traumas or sadness has happened to the rest of the world, and soon enough morning light is cutting through her windows.

It doesn't feel right to stay trapped in bed. Luce can feel her body itching to do something, anything, but she already knows that after the catastrophe of last night that she won't have so much freedom for now.

So: She tries to go about her day. The cook that comes every morning doesn't seem surprised when he's shooed out, because Luce taking over meals like breakfast is normal, and Angel doesn't stop her. She steps out onto the patio talking on the phone, and Luce feels the tension in her leak away slightly.

When the rest of the band comes out, she tries her best to smile. "Morning."

She can't really call it 'good'.

"I do! Looks the same as I saw it when I touched your light in the basement." Doctor picks up his fork and starts to eat. Best to look busy as they have this psychic talk. "That feels like forever ago now."

[faithfulflame]

Chewing on a pancake thoughtfully, Rei's mind wanders a little bit, back towards those odd memories, and it lands on one in particular. The concert, Michiru.

"And you don't recognize this girl?"

[trustme]

"No. Afraid not. I'd remember a violinist that talented. While we're sharing people I might has well show you some faces as well."

Doctor's visions spread to the others. The young lady calling him grandfather. Women sitting at a table, one of them calls him 'sweetie.'

[faithfulflame]

"I haven't ever seen any of them, but the blonde woman looks a little like an old time movie star..."

Rei returns the visions with another. A gallant knightly figure.

"Last night, I saw this man."

[trustme]

"Hmm. Another one I don't know. My latest dreams won't be of much help, unless your visions have to do with this sort of setting."

Doctor conjures up a background behind the knightly figure.

[faithfulflame]

"I...don't think so, no but..."

Rei stutters, stammering a little bit and lurching forward, holding her head.

Doctor will see it plain as day as it floods into her mind's eye. A vision of her own. A new one for a new day...and this one is not so pleasant. A darkling field of stars, a nebula, and an eye coupled with an evil presence. The whole of it makes Rei shudder, gag, and look down at her teacup. But that doesn't end the vision. It flickers, flashes, and a stately woman with a giant key appears, roaring out a command. Dark Dome, Close!

And the presence, coupled with the eye...vanish.

Rei whimpers weakly, swallowing hard, and taking several breaths before she thinks anything further.

"That...was...new. The woman I've seen before. Pluto."

Doctor grips the arm of his chair as Rei's vision fills his mind. His visions of space had been peaceful thus far, with not a single person in sight. A chill runs down his spine and he can't help turning to look at Rei once it's done, concerned.

"I haven't seen anything like that before. Not yet. Are you all right?" Vision progress aside, Rei comes first.

[faithfulflame]

"Fine. Just...surprised. That's all". An honest admission. She is fine, but who sees that and isn't surprised?

[trustme]

"Could that just now have been somehow... related to your castle?" Whatever door that woman was trying to close, it was a grand structure. It seems unlikely Rei would see multiple visions of architecture worthy of ancient kingdoms for no reason.
