A little while after the disaster at Naomi's, those who had attended might find themselves approached- by Luce on Virgo's side, by Luci on Pride's, or perhaps by someone who had heard about it from either of them. The subject of conversation?

Another party. One that involves another mingle of both labels, without being used for any ulterior motives.

Those who seem up to it are given a time and place. Blue Heist is one of the clubs around town that has what could be called a "basement level", for private renting and parties available to anyone who has the cash to spend on it. It's a pretty simple set up, nothing extravagant like the party at Naomi's... Which is absolutely on purpose, let no one tell you otherwise. There's a reason any mics or karaoke equipment has been pointedly removed. All the music is on the system already.

Nope, tonight it's just dancing and drinking, with a couple of rooms to the side that have cheesy movies playing in case you're tired out. No closed doors, no poison at the bar, no murder.

And if you want to take a moment to maybe have a talk to someone on the opposite label to discuss or apologize for the events of the prior night... That's fine too.

Just be careful. Both labels are still under watch, it seems, with a few bodyguards from both sides around the perimeter here and there.

He's definitely something. Sweet, too.

[Surprisingly sharp, and very level headed about anything that wasn't...well...what girls and boys did together.]

We've spoken on a number of occassions. Kind of hard not to, when the world's falling apart around you.

[And, when times got tough, Yosuke was one of the few people in Pride that Koumei felt he could trust.]

[Wrinkling her nose, Rei nods in agreement.]

He's trustworthy, and reliable. And...he's had similar experiences to me. So it's a little easier to relate to him that it might otherwise be. I'm...just not good with people, you know.

Yeah, I do. Being on stage is one thing, but interacting with the crowd is a completely different creature.

...You'll want to keep him around, you know? During that time when we were all stuck in our respective headquarters, he was one of the few on my side who actually kept his wits. That's a very good trait to have.

[faithfulflame]

I do want to keep him around. For a lot of reasons. That's one of them.

[The rest? Well, most of them are private. She's not talking about her sex life with anyone.]

He's a good person. And he's a lot keener than people seem to think. Really? I'd say we both were lucky.

[He wasn't going to pry; he was just glad that the two most savvy teenagers he had met in Vista City had connected and were getting along grandly. How both Yosuke and Rei had managed to keep their heads in this madness was enough to make anyone proud.]

You both are-- and we're all lucky to have the both of you as friends.

[They did it easily enough. By indulging in one another. And being private about it.]

You think so? Flatterer.

[Koumei chuckled.]

Only if you believe it to be so.

--By the way, [he said, fishing out a little gift bag for her.]

I got you a little something for Solstice. It's not much, but it looked like it suited you.

[Rei would find this vibrantly patterned infinity scarf if she looked inside.]

[She does look inside, and her eyes light up happily.]

[Her appreciation was enough to make him smile.]

I'm glad you like it, [he said, rubbing the back of his head nervously. He hadn't quite known what to get her, but a gesture of warmth was always welcome in the winter season.]

Mmm! I left my gift for you with Luce.

[She pulls out the scarf and feels the fabric. The gesture is appreciated, as is the thought.]

It's...you'll know it when you get it.

[It's a clay pigeon. A stylized clay statue she'd made and painted.]

Hm. I guess I'm going to need to hunt down Luce for the surprise, huh?

Oh, probably. I wasn't sure if you'd be here, with the attack and all. And I wanted to make sure you got it.

Thanks for the consideration-- but, you didn't need to worry. As soon as I heard that Luce helped organize this one, there was no way that I'd miss it.
