A little while after the disaster at Naomi's, those who had attended might find themselves approached- by Luce on Virgo's side, by Luci on Pride's, or perhaps by someone who had heard about it from either of them. The subject of conversation?

Another party. One that involves another mingle of both labels, without being used for any ulterior motives.

Those who seem up to it are given a time and place. Blue Heist is one of the clubs around town that has what could be called a "basement level", for private renting and parties available to anyone who has the cash to spend on it. It's a pretty simple set up, nothing extravagant like the party at Naomi's... Which is absolutely on purpose, let no one tell you otherwise. There's a reason any mics or karaoke equipment has been pointedly removed. All the music is on the system already.

Nope, tonight it's just dancing and drinking, with a couple of rooms to the side that have cheesy movies playing in case you're tired out. No closed doors, no poison at the bar, no murder.

And if you want to take a moment to maybe have a talk to someone on the opposite label to discuss or apologize for the events of the prior night... That's fine too.

Just be careful. Both labels are still under watch, it seems, with a few bodyguards from both sides around the perimeter here and there.

"Soracchi!" And Ryouta hugs Sora from behind. "Hey! I missed you at Maxxie's party~" He had ran into B and Jamie, but his night had been significantly Sora free to his disappointment.

He lets go of Sora and sits across from him, looking at the stack of presents. "What's all this?"

He's a little drunk, so he's easily distracted by the presents. "You brought Solstice gifts? That's smart! I should have thought of that."

"Hey!" Laughing at the hug, Sora watches as Ryouta moves to sit down across from him, smiling. "Oh, were you there too? I was kinda everywhere that night and I'd had a lot to drink," he admits.

He perks up at the mention of the gifts, grin widening. "Yeah! Since, you know, this past month it was kinda hard to get presents to all my Virgo friends for the holidays. I figured some of you would be here. And I've got yours!"

With this, he takes one of the packages wrapped in sky blue wrapping paper with little winter bears on it, and slides it across the table to his friend. Inside he'll find a cute plush.

"Soracchi! I love it!" he picks up the plush and hugs it to his chest. He's so big it looks sorta ridiculous when he does it.

"I don't have your gift with me, though. Remind me to mail it you or something."

That's when he notices the little bracelet. "Oh, that's nice. Who got you that?"

"I'm glad you like it! And probably better if you don't mail it. With Pride and Virgo higher-ups bein' how they are I dunno if your present would get to me that way. Seems like they've lightened up a little about us going places though, so maybe we can schedule some time to hang out and you can bring it then?"

Oh. Right, the bracelet. All Ryouta has to do is ask about it and Sora's cheeks have already colored, though he's smiling. It's a pretty bright smile, too. "Jamie. We've got matching key-chains too."

He rubs the back of his neck with his hand a little, and laughs. "It's funny, I never really thought about kissing before what you did, at the gala in October, but... I guess it was a good thing it happened, because it definitely made me think about it more."

...Which may seem entirely out of context considering he hasn't verbally connected for Ryouta the two thoughts of 'Jamie' and 'kissing' yet. Or maybe it's easy to tell anyway.

Ryouta considers this, and nods. "You're right. We'll figure something out."

He tilts his head when Sora's cheeks color. Why would he blush if talking about just getting matching bracelets with Jamie.

Wait... wait. Kissing at the gala... matching bracelets... Jamie...

Okay, Ryouta's not the brightest bulb in the package, but he's socially smart...

"NO WAY!"

Ryouta's sudden realization startles Sora a little. He's pretty sure that outburst means he's connected the dots here, but it surprises him because he wasn't expecting him to be able to tell just from what was said alone. Of course, he's completely forgetting there are also the presents and his blush to add to the equation, too.

"Gah, Ryouta! You don't... have to yell. It's not a-- Okay, it is kind of a big deal, but if you just found out what I think you just found out, well we're not really telling everyone yet, so... Not so loud?"

"Sorry, sorry!" Ryouta flapped his arms in bewilderment.

"But, really?" he was very confused. "I thought he was straight. He always got pissy when I told him he's cute." He paused for a beat. "Well, okay, he was pissy to began with during that particular text conversation. And the last one. And in general."

Honestly, now Sora looks a little bewildered. He'd never really considered the orientation thing outside of 'Yosuke's gonna freak out when he finds out.' Was it weird that he and Jamie hadn't even talked about that yet?

Then Ryouta continues about Jamie's general pissed off attitude and Sora ends up smiling again, in a way that's a little sad and a little happy, but one hundred percent sentimental.

"He's never really like that when he's with me anymore. I think 'cause we make each other happy." He laughs. "Plus, not everyone likes being called cute! Or kissed out of the blue. Besides that, I think like... not everyone really thinks about labels like that, either. I don't really. I just know what my heart feels. And it feels for him."

"Everyone's different sure," Ryouta agreed. He personally had no problem with the lable gay, but in this day and age it really didn't matter.

Still, even if Jamie was less abrasive with Sora he doubted he was any less of a grouch in general. Ah, love was blinding.

Not that he had room to talk with his ... Whatever the heck they were.

"So, you guys are dating then?"

Sora didn't think there was anything wrong with using a label for yourself, if you felt drawn to a particular one. He just, doesn't, not any label he's ever come across, anyway. Maybe Jamie was the same? Maybe it is something they should talk about, if it's a question that will likely be asked.

Jamie of course can still be a grouch with other people, he can tell, but he also doesn't mind. It's only when he lashes out that Sora worries about it.

"Yeah. For like a week now. Since New Year's."

"Huh."

Ryouta wasn't exactly sure what he felt about this. Happy for them both, obviously, a little jealous, because he liked Sora, romantically. He had been slowly trying to woo Sora. But it looked like Jamie had beat him to it.

So there was some disappointment as well.

But Sora was happy, that was important. So he smiles, and it's a genuine one. "I'm happy for you Soracchi."
