Who: Sora and you?
What: Ivan research, messing with lyrics and music. And by music I mean cups, ukulele, and of course vocals. (Yes, CUPS, you read that correctly.) There could also possibly be talk of things that occurred around/on New Years, especially for close Sora CR or anyone that saw him and Jamie kissing at Maxxie's New Year's Eve party, since they were drunk and not very discreet...
When: Jan 10th-Jan 14th, maybe?
Where: Out and about in Vista City, and Pride HQ
Warnings: Most likely none? Maybe mention of past underage drinking (underage for OOC, not for IC). Will edit in additional warnings if I end up needing them.


[Sora can be found a few different places throughout the week.

At a cafe somewhere in the city for one, sitting at a table with a notepad and pencil and practicing making a beat with some cups, the bracelet around his wrist jingling softly with the movement of his hands.

It's quite possible, if you know Ivan and you're in Virgo, that he texted you to meet here. Otherwise feel free to just run into him? Or tell him he's being too noisy with the cups, this is also an option. And if your character's name happens to be Pao-Lin there is also a belated Solstice present here waiting for you.]

[Or another day he could be found just hanging around the Flashstep penthouse or elsewhere in Pride HQ, strumming on a ukulele or singing to the simple arrangement he's come up with, though he's still working on the lyrics. There's also no guarantee that he'll end up going with this music for the song exchange either, but hey. It's a work in progress!]

[Sora had already stood up to see what the ruckus was about, but is still clearly surprised when Bill comes over, despite having heard him call his name. He recognizes Bill as being from VIP, part of Virgo. Not that that bothers him, he has plenty of friends from Virgo. Had he been at Naomi's party, he'd probably be kind of wary of Bill and whatever's happening here, but as it is, no one has told him much about that incident. So there's no fear of Virgo musicians, and there's never been a fear of strangers. There is only confusion.]

Okay...?

[Wow! He managed a coherent response, and isn't jumping out of his seat? Sora gets all the bonus points; Bill likes him already.]

"I want your story, kid!"

[And now a hand is being brought out to shake, the sax player breaks out into a cheeky smile.]

"Bill Cipher; ViP! Drew your name in the song swap dealio."

[He withdraws the collaboration flier for proof and tosses it to Sora-- it's accompanied with a little bit of yellow triangle-shaped confetti.]

"Thought I'd pick your brain for a little inspiration~"

[The confusion is quickly replaced with a pretty casual grin, and Sora takes the offered hand to shake.]

Oh! Hey, nice to meet you!

[He seems odd, Sora can pick up on that. From the way he'd walked in here and called him out, to the sort of random confetti being tossed at him (along with the flier, which he catches). It's easy to tell, but he doesn't find it off-putting. Odd or not, he hasn't done anything mean to him.]

Sure, okay. What do you want to know?

"Hohh man, what don't I want to know?"

[Bill grins right back, easily relaxing into a chair the accompanying table. He clasps his hands together beneath his chin.]

"But anyone can tell you the things they want people to know about themselves; I find it's the unspoken stuff that really reveals a person. What would you say is your greatest fear?"

[Sora sits back down in the chair he was in before, giving some thought to Bill's words, and his question.]

It's not like I've really got anything to hide.

[Nothing he can think of off the top of his head, anyway.]

But I don't think about that stuff very much, my fears and things. I know it sucked a lot when my friends got hurt and I couldn't be there to help them, though. And I definitely wouldn't like it if no one could hear me or see me. Like if I couldn't tell people things? With words or any other way.
