It could be that what they did to Sora sent Roxas off to help him, or that changing one changed both. Either made sense. She'd love to get to know Roxas, that side of Sora, and have his help, but if he needed saving, she'd do that too.
As for Namine... Well, she was part of Kairi. It was like having a little sister. She never really got to spend as much time with her as she liked, though in so many ways, the blond was always in her heart. Would always be in her heart.
