It's hard to tell. I tracked him down about a week ago, to check in... We've been trying this thing where we try to help the captives defend themselves by giving them back parts of who they used to be. We had our first encounter in December, and I don't really know what he got out of it, but just recently he was back for more.

Things have been...extra rough on all of them lately. But that guy just seems to find it fascinating. Or maybe like he's got something in mind.
