What: the day-to-day lives of Pride's only favourite boyband as well as some performances and events from the album release!
When: the week(s) after the gala! (10/06 - 10/17)
Where: Flashstep penthouse, Pride Records HQ, out and about!

The boys are busy with their album release. They're putting on performances, attending event, and are generally being carted around for the benefit of their fans. But they can't be working every minute of the day, can they?

[The grin on Sora's face is pretty wide as Jamie laughs. He also appreciates him going along with the joke.] Good, good. I'll try to remember before I completely conk out.

[But then there is a mention of food, and this is very important.] Hey, good idea! The food here's not bad. They have like dessert stuff, and deli stuff too, like sandwiches... Oh! They have this thing, the grilled mac and cheese sandwich, it's pretty amazing. I might get that... [There's an attempt to see over everyone else's heads by standing on his tip-toes.] ...Now I'm really hungry.

Hey, we're growing boys. Gotta keep our strength up. [Or they totally will be, someday. Hopefully someday soon. In the meantime it's nice that Jamie's not the only one in the band who has to stretch to see over other people's heads.]

Grilled mac and cheese? [How has he never tried this before.] That sounds good. Dunno if I wanna wait for something to cook, though. Maybe I'll just get like a bagel or something.

[He scans the crowd, idly, and something makes the corner of his mouth twitch up in a grin. He nudges Sora.] I think that bunch of girls over there recognizes us. [He indicates the direction with a slight motion of his head.]

[They're totally growing boys. In fact Sora he thinks he may have grown a few centimeters just standing in this line.] Good point, this line is gonna make us wait long enough. They probably have some donuts already made though...

[He's contemplating bearclaws when Jamie nudges him, but looks around curiously in the direction indicated. There's clear surprise on his face.] What, really? Like... Fans?

[There is accidental eye contact as Sora's looking and his question is answered when one of the girls emits a squeal so high, everyone in line gives her a look.] Oh. Do you think we should like.. Go and give them autographs, or..? [Look, Sora enjoys talking to fans and making them smile. But these girls have a somewhat frightening glint in their eyes that he's never encountered before.]

[Jamie visibly blanches at that fangirl squeal, honestly surprised that the coffee shop's front windows haven't shattered.] Uhhh...might be better if we keep this one hands-off.

[Can't hurt to indulge them just a little, though, so Jamie gives them an easy smile and a little wave. The girls giggle and squeal and Jamie feels a warm flush of validation as he turns his attention back to the line's progress, pretending to ignore the fact that more than a few people ahead are giving him and Sora curious glances. After a minute, though, their little gaggle of fans goes quiet, and Jamie risks another peek in their direction. He looks a little uncertain when he leans over to Sora again, still trying to pretend that he is totally focused on reaching the front of the line.]

Annnd they're texting...

[Just bragging on Twitter, or summoning reinforcements?]

[Normally Sora likes to be as friendly with his fans as possible, so he's mildly disappointed when Jamie suggests keeping their distance, but the odd background vibe he's getting here also makes him kinda grateful that he doesn't have to go over there.] Yeah, maybe...

[Though he can't help but sort of grin at the girls' reaction to Jamie's acknowledgment of them. He also gives his friend a gentle, discreet nudge and a nod with said grin, more in a "way to go" gesture than anything, for getting the reaction he did from the girls.

Sora's not quite as good at pretending to ignore these things, and he can't help but keep grinning, shoving his hands in his pockets and giving the strangers glancing at them a more bashful smile. The attention is very nice, and he's soaking it in, though in a clearly "wow, me? really?" sort of way.

With Jamie's near-whisper to him, he looks back over to the girls, more than curious about what they might be doing... That picture one of them just took of them was pretty obvious, though. He hopes he at least looked good in it.]

You really don't think we should at least give 'em an autograph?

[Jamie shrugs a little uneasily. There are fans, and then there are fans. You know, the really weird ones that write fanfiction and pretend to married to them on the astral plane. There's something about these girls' demeanor that makes Jamie suspect they fall into the latter category.]

I...I just think we should keep our distance for now.

[He's trying not to look at them too suspiciously, but one of them is still texting like her life depends on it while the others are staring with an uncomfortable intensity. He looks away, just to avoid the possibility of accidental eye contact, muttering under his breath.] Geez, could this line move any slower?...

[The more uncomfortable Jamie gets, the more Sora's unease grows. Normally he's really not the type to be suspicious of people of anything without some kind of proof, but...

Oh. Okay then. One of the girls just... Kissed her phone, without breaking that weirdly intense stare. Unease mounting further. He turns his head to Jamie to give him a really concerned look, and then notices out of the corner of his eye that the girls are moving closer.

He immediately latches on to Jamie's arm. Out of protectiveness more than fear though, he wants to be able to pull Jamie away quickly if needed.] Uh.. Jamie? They're... They aren't keeping their distance.
