She might notice that his skin felt warmer then it should, like he was running a light fever or had been doing a heavy workout and haven't had time to cool down. But since he came from his nest of blankets to here, it really wasn't from a workout. He doesn't pull away and instead just starts to rub her shoulder just to show that yeah, he was acting weird but he still wasn't going to turn down this need.
