I'll tell you all how the story ends

What: So as it turns out, going against the label might've been a bad move. Who knew, right?

Where: Pride HQ
Warnings: Talk of torture, aftermath of violence, aftermath of brainwashing, dudes there's some dark stuff.

For the past three days, the troublemakers and ghost helpers of Pride Records were kept locked away from their friends and their bands. 

As far as everyone else knew, they were just gone. And then they were back. 

They are all worse for wear, some far more than others and some much more mentally than physically, but they are all returned to their penthouses, finally, at the end of their ordeals. 

But, at least they're back. Somewhat in one piece. For the most part.

[Well where is Jecht even supposed to go with that? He looks blankly at Roy.]

That was a lot less sexy than I'd figured.

I haven't showered that entire time. So no, not very sexy at all.

I need to wash this dirt off. I'll answer questions after I'm clean. [ He heads towards the door to one of the bathrooms. ]

[Pushing off the arms of his chair, Jecht wanders after him. Not INTO the bathroom, but he's gonna keep the door cracked and listen.]

[You don't leave a guy looking like that alone. Might be paranoid, but just in case.]

[ Roy takes only a little longer than usual in the shower, and over all it doesn't take long what with his typically fast pace getting cleaned up. He emerges in a bathrobe and goes straight to the refrigerator to find food. ]

They fed us the bare minimum. I'm starved.

[ And as if this wasn't odd at all he asks Jecht as he grabs a beer bottle and presses it to his bruised forehead ]

What did I miss?

Uh... not much. You and Genos were out a bit, figured you guys had something good going on. [Distinctly awkward, Jecht hovers without much ability to settle down.]

I hope he's all right. [ Roy stops to stare in the direction of the hall to the bedrooms. It might seem a little strange coming from Roy who looks far more injured that Genos. ]

Santiago didn't do much to punish him physically but that doesn't mean he isn't in pain right now. They did something to his head. Did he say anything when he came in?

Kid already had something done to his head. [The eyes, Roy. He means the eyes.] Dumbass started tearing up his music.

What?! What music? [ Blank sheets would be understandable but otherwise that sounds nothing like what Genos would usually do even if he was upset. ]

You don't mean he destroyed his album music?

Said the guy he wrote it about had betrayed him or something. The story was... weird.

[Like. 'What is Genos smoking' weird.]

Another vision he saw while we were locked up or...? [ Roy doesn't expect Jecht to know, simply musing aloud. He had experienced bad visions himself but Genos had spent a great deal of time hooked up to some sort of machine. ]

I wish I knew what exactly Santiago did to him. [ He sighs and rubs his forehead. It feels like a headache is coming on. ] I was one of the only people not to get tortured and yet I'm still useless helping the others who were broken or had their minds messed up! [ A bit of a strange thing for the guy who looks like he wrestled a bear to say. ]

Look... I got no idea what's going on with you guys. [And the stuff Roy says, Jecht doesn't want to give any credit to...] But let's get some water in you, some aspirin, and some sleep.

[Perhaps unwisely, Jecht reaches out to slap the guy on the shoulder.]

[ Roy cringes at Jecht's touch and looks in the direction of the hall to the bedrooms. The moment he lies down he's likely not getting up for a long time. ]

I need to eat something. Regain my strength. Would you... please help me get that aspirin?

Yeah, nice to do that for someone without needing to hold their hair...

[Worst part is, he's not joking. Jecht heads off to the bathroom to grab some painkillers real quick -- faster than he looks, actually, because you don't leave someone in pain waiting. Not the whole bottle, but he comes back with four bouncing in the palm of his hand.]
