The past three days have not been kind. The hauntings were odd, yes, but when your friends went missing without warning or a trace - well.

And then they came back just as suddenly, and...it looks like your worries were not unfounded.

This isn't good, is it.

Ivan nearly misses Haru when he walks down the hallway because she's dashing off somewhere and looking completely different than she was before they went to the basement. This happens a few times before Ivan buys a bottled water from the nearest vending machine and holds it out to her.

"Miss Haru. Here. This is for you."

He doesn't know her very well, but with how much she's been zipping around, she's bound to need a break, right?

No amount of concealer in the world could hide the way Haru's big eyes are turning into enormous bruises in the center of her face. She's surprised to be stopped, even more surprised to see it's Ivan. He'd gotten out, and that was good, they needed to not draw attention to him. Haru didn't know him before, and Virgo undoubtedly marked whoever she'd been in contact with. Him offering her kindness now made no sense. He'd get them in trouble.

"I-I really shouldn't. I have to get back for practice."

Ivan knows it's a risk, but it would also be out of character for him to completely ignore people running themselves ragged. People who know or have observed Ivan in any length of time in Virgo knows that he often gives people drinks to whoever is looking out of it. He continues to hold out the drink for her to take. "You can keep it for later when you're not in such a rush."

He's really trying to show his support, but if she's too worried about being around him, then he'll let her be. Maybe it's too soon, he wonders.
