[He flinches involuntarily at the sharp answer, but relaxes again when he feels the comforting hand on his head.]

[Maybe it isn't fair to ask, but he was punished without really understanding why. And Nia was hurt too. He wants to at least know something was accomplished. That there was a reason behind it.]
