It's been a few days since his visit from Stella and Finnick's been sitting on a lot of information. He had to debate whether to tell the guys; if they found out and thought he was crazy, they might out him to Alex and he'd get in deeper shit with Virgo than he was already in. On the other hand, they're just as trapped as he is and they deserve to know. They may have noticed him acting differently lately anyway. Ever since he finally had enough to figure out the identities of Annie and Mags, he's felt more at peace. There are still dark things in his memories that he hasn't figured out, but now he knows there's something good to go back to. He's still trading out one prison for another, he knows that much, but at least that world is his home.

So with that keeping him going, he finally finds his way to Dino's bedroom door, knowing the penthouse is otherwise empty right now. Still, he knocks softly and glances nervously toward the entrance to the penthouse like he's expecting some Virgo employee to come through the door any moment and stop him from telling anyone what he knows. He has to do this quickly but he has to be convincing.

Finnick's completely thrown off by the appearance of the whip, but he quickly remembers why he came here and what's so important, so he paces a couple steps more and shakes his head.

"A ghost came to me," he finally admits. "She told me why all of this is happening. She showed me what I left behind and she told me that this isn't where I belong. Where any of us belong. We've all been taken from our homes."

It's important to Dino that all this gets sorted out. He feels like he's going to go insane, he's been told his most important people are dead, he's on an edge he does not like.

But those words calm him in the worst way.

"I... I believe you." He coughs. "I don't think I'm me."

Finnick nods, relieved that it's at least going to be easy to explain it to Dino. He didn't think he could handle a fight on this. He doesn't want to be alone.

"There are people trying to help us, to take us back, but..."

He glances at the door, just paranoid more than anything else. If Blanche had their rooms bugged he'd have been dealt with long ago, worse than what they're doing with him now. "It's not that easy. And I don't know how to find them."

[alleato]

"Wait, what?" Dino's a little taken aback. There are people trying to help? People who might be able to get them out?

But no real leads means no real hope for Dino. He deflates slightly, but moves closer.

"Do you think anything's going to happen? Like... will anything come of it at all?"

Finnick shrugs helplessly, folding his arms across his chest and staring at the gap at the bottom of the door, like he's waiting for the shadows of an eavesdropper to appear. "I don't know," he says, "but something is going to happen. Things have been changing around here so quickly. It may be safer to get out."

[alleato]

"If we don't know who, or how, what're we going to... I mean, just sitting around is an option... I know people who know things." He's babbling, so he takes a moment to center himself. "Sorry. I've been told some things by some people. They think everyone who's gone is dead." God, if he wasn't physically hand wringing this wouldn't feel so stupid. Dino just parrots Finnick, crossing his arms.

"I'm sick of living like this."

Finnick knows he'll still be living in fear when he gets back, but at least he knows that fear well. He knows how to endure it a bit longer. This is too much of the unknown, and he agrees with Dino that it's exhausting to live through.

"We have to take a chance if something is going to change."
