Everyone got the same call-- and now we're all stuck in HQ with no hint of release in sight.

The reason? No one knows.

[Yuffie pauses, and tilts her head and takes a drink from her bottle.]

Well, your version of eligible sounds easier than mine.

[She ticks off her own fingers.]

At least as badass as me, worships the ground I walk on, hot. ....[Yuffie pauses again, thinking through her count.]

That's about it.

[Maxxie smiles as he slips off the bench and sits down on the ground, back to the bench so he's upright when he looks at her. His tone is a bit softer - genuine now, he's not talking to the interviewer anymore.]

Tough sell, someone as badass as you.

I know, right? How am I ever going to find someone half that cool.

[Yuffie shoves Maxxie, the sort of friendly half shove she tends to use for a lot of her friends.]

Don't worry about me, Blondie. Let's worry about getting you someone fun to play around with. That sounds much more entertaining.

[Oh, and there's her grin back. Beware.]

[Maxxie laughs when he pushes her, and takes the cue that she's not interested in talking about her own romantic life right now. He might do some investigating on that front later, but for now he acquiesces.]

If you insist. Got any suggestions?

[Yuffie's going to have to look into things, because she can't just suggest any old person for Maxxie, they have to be awesome, and cool, and someone she can threaten if she needs to.]

Probably needs to be someone with a career so the press doesn't do that whole 'dating a nobody' story that gets boring as fuck.

That DJ we met was hot, but he had the personality of cardboard.....[Oh, Yuffie's thinking. Be horrified.]
