There's a chance that Ivan has come across the other rescuer, but Ivan's not familiar enough to say that he knows him. He looks at the bodyguard following Tooru and then looks back to Tooru. The bodyguard's presence makes him nervous. However, he knows there's no getting rid of them while still in the label. And he has no idea that Tooru is looking for a way out of it.

"Ah, that's why you look so familiar," Ivan lies. He did pay a little attention to Tamara--Aramat's band because he thought she had lectured at his music academy... but that wasn't true, just something he was brainwashed with.
