The second the lockdown is lifted, Luci springs into action. She's mass texting everyone involved:

It's time. Tomorrow night, we ride at 7PM for an 8PM start. Get your best shit dry cleaned.

There's already an exodus happening out of Pride HQ given they weren't the only ones on lockdown either, so slipping out is easy enough. They converge on the location, Luci makes good on her suggestion and hands the techbooth a wad of money to stop playing recorded dance mixes and let them take over the stage. She can already see one guy frantically texting into his lap as she explains what's about to happen. Perfect.

"You should tell your manager to call in more bouncers and remove some of the tables, this place is about to be packed."

I didn't give them the chance. [There's just the barest hint of a smirk on his face.] I may not be able to write a 3,000 word essay about the use of snare on our last album, but I know this side of my band better than anyone.

I read that....that essay was scary.

[She checks their tumblr tag, okay? She has also found terrifying RPF, weird candid photos of them eating tacos and someone claiming Garnet's doctorate meant nothing. But then, their tag was pretty chill compared to the carnies.]

I can never tell if it's good old fashioned sexism or just good old fashioned giving the musician crap.

[She rolls her eyes, and Terry should probably be glad Yuffie set down the guitar bag before talking to him because she's known for near killing people with it.]

Probably both. [He gets condescended to a lot, but he can generally shut most people up pretty fast ] It's bullshit.

[But at least that guy's out of the way. And may end up missing some of his nicer stuff after tonight.]

[Yuffie takes this moment to stick out her tongue in the tech's direction. It's not the most mature thing to do, but since when is she worried about that? As far as the tech's stuff...well Yuffie might already have his wallet. She'll give it back, later. Probably. If she remembers.]
