[It's been a few days, people have recovered. Some better off than others. And today MANTICORE is gathered to deal and talk about what happened.]

Well, we'll need money and disguises, for one. If we need to get out of Vista City quickly, we need things that won't leave a strong paper trail.

We would need a lot of money in cash for that.

You're right. So we'll need to start figuring out how to set that up. Looks like we'll be using mattresses for more than sleeping, it seems.

[There's the ever pressing worry that something is going to go wrong. That Kid could come around the corner at any moment- the brainwashing kicking in.

The less he speaks about this, the better.]

[The idea she can't trust her band is unfathomable. Call it the brainwashing still working on her mind, but who the heck else would she trust unflinchingly?]
