What: Genos and Squalo throw a Solstice dinner party. Italian food for everyone!

[ Fuck the creepy shit, MANTICORE are aggressively throwing a Solstice party! Because why not, and who has the patience to wait until New Years? ]

[ There are locations/prompts in toplevels, but feel free to start your own as well. Generic timeline of the night would be: cooking, dinner, socializing with games and booze and possibly other things, and  a movie marathon into the wee hours of the morning for the ones interested.  ]

[He's playing happily, but then he starts to frown a little. Bleh. It's sort of hard to get into the zone for this part.]

My father will be pacing the floor...

[He sinks at the shoulders, his playing slowing a little. He tries to keep it together despite that, though it shows on his face.]

So really I'd better scurry...maybe just a...half a drink more...

[If drink means what he thinks it does he's probably had enough of that for the night! Geez.]

[Uh oh. She can tell something is bothering Tiger. Maybe because families? When they were sick she remembers him saying something about his dad...]

[But the show must go on. How can she help? Well, there is one thing she can try. Her playing has gotten better recently. She can really get an audience going these days. So she steps it up, trying to concentrate on putting a little solstice spirit and playful fun in the chords. Just trying to cheer him up a little.]

[He'd been so ready for a mood crash. He'd felt it coming on, just thinking about how little this song fits him, how he didn't have anyone like that waiting for him anywhere. But when Trucy chimes in, it makes him feel strangely warm inside, the tune sweeping him up in a way he hadn't quite anticipated.

His music seems to fall into rhythm with hers in a way that he hasn't quite managed to far. His face flushes into an even deeper shade of cozy pink.]

[Too appropriate of a question really, considering what's happening at a moment. But Tiger just giggles mid sentence, even as he keeps playing.]

[Tiger actually...giggles? As she ruffles his hair, his 'no's become higher and more of a laugh, briefly breaking his composure. But then he keeps going.]
