Although the boys made it through the most recent series of unfortunate events at Pride Records mostly unscathed, they're still dealing with the aftereffects just like everyone else. The return to life as they know it is swift thanks to Mr. Patil, but they still have time to get up to a whole new set of shenanigans...

He probably caught sight of the underwater scene by accident as he passed on his way home from work with his little monkey hiding in a pocket of his jacket.

He doesn't know the boy, but that doesn't matter. He still stops, interested.

"That is a lovely picture," he says with an honest smile. It might be a simple drawing but he still likes it.

Sora had just finished the drawing, working on it a lot longer than he usually spends on these things. He's surprised when someone takes notice of it, but is clearly pleased about the compliment, looking up at the man passing by with a smile in return. People rarely compliment him on stuff he draws.

"Thanks! I think I put a lot more into it than my usual old doodles," he explains with a laugh.

Now that he gets a closer look on this boy, he realizes that he’s a person that one of his new acquaintances has come to save. He has tried to memorize all the faces and names of both the rescuers and he has found out what some of the people that they’re looking for looks like.

It didn’t matter who was here to save who to Fon though, he intended to help any kidnapped person that he could, even those not from his own world.

“Is that so?” perhaps it meant that the pictures motif was more important then his other doodles? Or that he knew them more closely? “Would it be alright if I asked if I could see a few more of your pictures?”

Sora tenses at this question. A normal, non-brainwashed Sora wouldn't. Normal Sora is fine with sharing these things. But there's a part of him now that is on high-alert, has been increasingly so over the last few months. Especially after the CEO of his label had brought him in to talk to him about what he's pretty sure were his drawings (though the memories of their "talk" are still pretty fuzzy), since afterward he'd been reluctant and almost afraid to draw any of his visions or dreams again for an entire month. And he's still reluctant to show them to people now that he's doing it again. And this notebook's not just full of random things or landscapes that could very well be perfectly normal, or taken as such. It's also got people, creatures, weapons, landmarks. Special things. So he can't just hand it over to some guy who just walked up to him.

Awkwardly, he brings the notebook up to his chest and looks around. Rubs the back of his neck with one hand. Then looks back to Fon with a sheepish smile. "I... I don't know. Sorry, some of it's kind of personal... They're not much to see anyway, just like stick figure stuff, you know? Nothing you're missing out on."
