[ option 1 - evening, musicians only ]

[ Hey, awesome! Your band ordered a limo. Or maybe they didn't and someone at this limousine company just thinks they did. Either way, they've dispatched one to come pick you up, and the chauffeur is both 1) very charming and 2) very handsome. ] Good evening. Where can I take you tonight?

[ No matter what facial expression the clients are wearing, this chauffeur keeps smiling. ]

[ option b - midday, outside of brad's diner ]

Step right up! Come one, come all!

[ Sigh. It would be just Haruka's luck that she'd check up on Minako - not even planning on entering the workplace, just peering in the window - when the place was short on staff. So now Haruka's out on the streets with a bunch of flyers, cheerful as can be...on the surface, anyway. Why is she so good at this. Why. ] Brad's Diner is trying a new dessert menu. A snack on your lunch break, sir? Madam?

[ She smiles at a group of high-school girls, who huddle together to support their sudden collective case of weak knees. ] Surely there's a better place to skip school, kittens.

[ She winks. One of the girls faints. Haruka laughs and turns to the next person she sees - you. ] Excuse me!

[ option c - morning, outside the virgo entertainment resort ]

[ If you're up at the crack of dawn, you may see someone heading for the building. But she's not looking at the door - instead, she seems to be taking stock of the windows and general layout.

She's also keeping to the shadows and looking...up. ]

[It's finally break time! It can't be legal to make her work a double without at least a small break, right? But she has to be quick, so when she emerges she has half a roll stuffed in her mouth. Her other hand holds a brown paper bag with 'Alex ❤︎' written in bold letters.]

Everyone's so spirited today! I think they like you.

[ That looks like lunch, or something, headed her way. Haruka can't say she's thrilled, but she'll keep smiling since she's still out here. ] Glad it's working.

[ Results matter more than good impressions. ]

[Surprise, it's actually not lunch! The contents of the bag look a little thin for that...and they sound a little crinkly.]

Right, and it's going great! With the extra help from above we're doing even better.

[She hands over the bag. It contains...compliments from the swooning ladies inside the restaurant.]

Careful, or they'll want to keep you!

...I have a job. [ So no being kept by the clientele. Or by the diner. Definitely not by the diner. No offense.

Haruka checks the contents of the bag before sticking it in a pocket for safekeeping. She manages this without it looking stupid, because life is 100% unfair. ] You're on break?

[hearted]

[Minako just giggles to herself.]

I took one. It's been so long...we're making our way in the world, making progress! And I want to make sure we're on the same page.

[She winks.]

Had any fun with superstars lately?

The tips are good. [ Limo job. She mostly sees people in passing, though, but it's helping her learn the streets in a hurry. Which they'll need to know. ]

Yeah, and I've got some more to pool in!

[Again, in the bag. Rei's been sneaking them quite a bit of help.]

We keep it up and soon you'll be zooming all over town, huh?

[actsmagnificent]

[ Haruka laughs. ] It's that obvious?

[ She has been staring at cars the way Usagi stares at food, though. So. ]

You want to ride like the wind. It'll happen soon, I'm sure of it!

[She's helping in bits and pieces along the way. Really, there's not much else to be doing once the bills are paid.]

We might have to leave town sometime, right?

[actsmagnificent]

You'll need to bring back lots of tips.

[ Joke. She'd feel weird spending other people's money on the car. ]

Good thing I'm so good at it!

[She doesn't mind chipping in, not really. If she really has to wear a certain outfit she has the tool for that, and their food situation's okay.]

And I'm sure you are too, if that little eruption from the ladies in the restaurant means anything!

[actsmagnificent]

[ They better not be making trouble. Haruka isn't thrilled to be out here, but she also doesn't want to be making things worse for Brad's. ] I'll be finished soon.

[ She's almost out of flyers. ]

Great! We'll pay you nice, promise. Anything you want from us is on the house.

[actsmagnificent]

[ She wants the placemats to not be laminated. Can that happen? ] Thanks.

Any time. And don't throw that bag away before you look! It's important, promise.

[Another little step toward a car important. She's serious about it.]

[ Haruka salutes wordlessly. She's proud, but not stupid. If money is passed to her to go towards something they'll need for her plans, she'll take it. ]
