Who: Haruka Tenoh & you!
What: A few days in the life of a chauffeur for hire. Who may get roped into some other activities.
When: Feb 27 - March 3
Where: All over the city
Warnings: Nineties anime.
[ option 1 - evening, musicians only ]
[ Hey, awesome! Your band ordered a limo. Or maybe they didn't and someone at this limousine company just thinks they did. Either way, they've dispatched one to come pick you up, and the chauffeur is both 1) very charming and 2) very handsome. ] Good evening. Where can I take you tonight?
[ No matter what facial expression the clients are wearing, this chauffeur keeps smiling. ]
[ option b - midday, outside of brad's diner ]
Step right up! Come one, come all!
[ Sigh. It would be just Haruka's luck that she'd check up on Minako - not even planning on entering the workplace, just peering in the window - when the place was short on staff. So now Haruka's out on the streets with a bunch of flyers, cheerful as can be...on the surface, anyway. Why is she so good at this. Why. ] Brad's Diner is trying a new dessert menu. A snack on your lunch break, sir? Madam?
[ She smiles at a group of high-school girls, who huddle together to support their sudden collective case of weak knees. ] Surely there's a better place to skip school, kittens.
[ She winks. One of the girls faints. Haruka laughs and turns to the next person she sees - you. ] Excuse me!
[ option c - morning, outside the virgo entertainment resort ]
[ If you're up at the crack of dawn, you may see someone heading for the building. But she's not looking at the door - instead, she seems to be taking stock of the windows and general layout.
She's also keeping to the shadows and looking...up. ]

Yeah?

Her sales pitch demeanor doesn't waver. ] Brad's Diner is just down the street. They're trying a new dessert menu....
[ Her lashes lower and her smile curls more seductively. She's wandered down this street fairly far from the restaurant, so: ] I can escort you if you're interested.

New job?
B
She shrugs, trying not to show her discomfort with this particular job. ] The spirit of volunteerism.
[ Want a flyer? ] Here.
no subject
He takes the flyer and nods.]
Thanks. I'll put it up on the employee board at work.

A - Surviving Friday
Where are we going again? I wasn't paying attention to what Yama was saying.
[Super tall Ryouta is the first one into the back of the limo]
I was thinking about lyrics for our next song.

[ The chauffeur will watch with interest as the band enters the limousine. Must be doing a headcount! ]

[Ankh was certainly something else, a whole riot of tattoos covered whatever skin was showing in his asymmetrical, mostly red clothing, his hair in its usually braided, curly and shaved glory. His right hand waved in a slightly dismissive manner towards Ryouta, the eye tattooed in the center almost looking at him before he turned his attention to the driver.]

B
So imagine her surprise when she saw a very familiar tall figure passing out flyers.
She came up behind Haruka, though she suspected the senshi of wind and sky already sensed her presence. She gently tapped on her shoulder.]
Hello, Alex. Did Di convince you to help?
no subject
[ Haruka actually starts. She nearly starts again when she sees who it is, but this makes sense, doesn't it. The Princess both wants to spend lunch break with her friend and has a cast-iron stomach.
The Princess is kind of amazing sometimes.
She grins, but it's slightly forced. ] ...Something like that.
[ This is the part where she's supposed to hand Usagi a flyer, but is there a point when Usagi is going to Brad's anyway? ] You're headed over now?
no subject
Like... why Haruka was helping with the diner when she had a job as a chauffeur.]

[He openly stares for a moment, before reaching up to rub the back of his head.] Man, I guess the limo business is rough on its hires.
no subject
This is awkward, but. It's a contact among the musicians, so that's. Something? ] Thanks again for earlier.

A: sibling date
Regardless, outside of haiku and lyrics, he's not so good with words. That ability of his deteriorates a little each day. So, Ivan tries a nice walk in a large, peaceful garden lit by stars and streetlamps and taking some tea and cookies to a gazebo there once they're done walking. Just quiet and peace and trying to ignore the bodyguards who follow them every time they go outside. ]
... Huh? A limo?
[ Ivan looks to Rei puzzled. He was just going to hail a taxi. ]
no subject
Ivan's suggestions of spending the evening had been fine. But the guards hadn't afforded them much time to talk. And there was someone she wanted her brother to meet. So, she had called that limo service, and asked for Alex. And apparently here she was.]
It's still early. I thought we could get dinner in style. But you can't tell Pao-Lin where we went.

[ Haruka bows. She keeps her eyes deliberately averted from Rei's, but the hint of a smile there is for the other girl's benefit. This is one of the people they're not leaving without, huh? ]

Right, and it's going great! With the extra help from above we're doing even better.
