☆TRACK IIX: BETTER TO PRETEND PT. 2

What: Hit gameshow series “Fairy Trial” is celebrating one of its anniversaries, and it’s invited you onboard. Check out the OOC post for IC match ups!
When: March 21st.
Where: Sevetop Entertainment’s studio.

“Every prince is a fantasy, The witch is inside of me. Her poison will wash away the memory.” ☆BETTER TO PRETEND The day has finally come for Fairy Trial filming to begin! No matter if they’ve arrived by limo or taken the bus, everyone involved gets star treatment as the makeup and costume departments go wild with the models they’ve been given. At least Sevetop has good accomodations. While it’s a chaotic and crowded scene, everyone still manages to fit in the two buildings Sevetop has dedicated for Fairy Trial’s purposes in this area. It’s one of the only points today that anyone will have a chance to everyone else. After all, once everyone involved in a particular challenge is done with, they’re hurried out the door and to their particular destination. Every challenge has a different area it takes place in, after all. For some pair ups, they’ll find themselves merely being escorted to another set on Sevetop’s huge property. Others will find themselves being escorted to some very classy transportation and taken outside of Vista City to special obstacle courses that simply wouldn’t fit anywhere else. On the bright side, once the actual filming is done no matter the location, the crew involved seems to relax considerably. Whether they’ve done great or not, Heroes and Royals are treated to dinner and a change out of their costumes. Good job, everyone. “We kill the lights and put on a show. It's all a lie, but you'd never know. The star will shine, And then it will fall, And you will forget it all.”

☆THE DANCING PRINCESS CHALLENGE

[interdimanagers]

[Back at Sevetop Entertainment, things aren’t so active. As stated, both Heros and Royals get escorted to simple plain rooms with a large screen and keyboard. It’s amazing how fast five minutes can fly by, so hopefully those participating know how to make that time count.]

[After another fifteen minutes or so, the Hero is released onto the set for this challenge: a luxurious ballroom with lovely waltz music echoing throughout the space. Filling the room? Twelve well dressed individuals- dressed similarly enough, but with a few differences that make them recognizable from one another so that no one is a complete clone.]

[The cameras are rolling, so put on a good show!]

Luce and Oscar

[Oh, this is going to be fun. Finally shedding her large coat to set to the side, Luce takes a seat in front of the keyboard with a grin. She knew accepting this whole ordeal would be interesting, and she hops right into things as her fingers click along the keys.]

[He's heard of Luce, radiant lady of Flowers over Bones. But he has yet to meet her.

...And apparently this stage involves chatting on a computer. And she uses emoticons. He wasn't expecting that.]

[Well, she does so love to catch people offguard.]

Well, that covers the first question... what's your favorite type of flower and the color?

[For once, that brings a pause to her usual split second replies. It doesn't last long.]

Black lilies, and white!

Your least favorite thing to do...

[Another brief pause.]

That's quite a tough question! To avoid being a downer- arguing with people.

Favorite ice cream flavor?

Vanilla.

[And there's the timer! Luce laughs as she leaves one last parting message.]

[And with that, she goes to put on her mask and disappear into the ballroom. Her doubles are all not too bad, with the proper wigs and masks to make any instant identification tricky. If he's not too familiar, Luce doesn't think he'll be able to pick up on anything else either. So, grinning, she mingles about the others and murmurs the last question.]

[Nothing too serious, but just to make the game a little interesting.]

Jamie and Sora

[Sora adjusts the white tricorn hat on top of his spiky hair as he enters the plain room with the computer he'd been escorted to. He's not really certain what he should ask Jamie, given that there's a lot that he knows about him already, but he sits down at the keyboard and gives a shrug of his shoulders. Despite not being sure what the heck he's really doing, he seems happy enough.]

Alright. Here goes... somethin'?

[He types out to Jamie:]

hiya stranger! you wouldn't happen to have any keys on you, would you? :)

[That worked as a question, right? And hey, he managed to refrain from using a heart emoji like he usually does when they're texting each other! For now.]

[Jamie's grinning like a moron, over on his end. Knowing he's going through this with Sora makes the ridiculously elaborate costume a lot more bearable. Whoever the hell thought knee-high boots and pleather pants were a good idea needs a good kick in the shin.]

i do have one i keep on me at all times. somebody important gave it to me.

[He's just waiting for the heart emoji, honestly. There's only so long Sora can hold out, surely.]

[That response gets a grin out of Sora too.

Five minutes are gonna fly by though and he knows Jamie has to give his duplicates at least one fact from the chat. What else should he ask? Gotta think quick!]

[Jamie has noticed the thing with the bracelet. Thinking about it makes him feel delightfully warm and fuzzy.]

[The question is actually a tough one, considering what's happened on some of those holidays. If he had to pick one, though...]

[Sora will just have to imagine the ridiculous grin that Jamie's wearing.]

[Sora is a little surprised, he hadn't thought Jamie would make that about them, but he's touched that he mentions it. And he fails fantastically at keeping those feelings from showing on his face.]

[Jamie sees what u did thar, Sora.

He could probably make this question about them too, if he tried, but he refrains this time. Not that they're not being fantastically subtle so far, but someone might pick up on something if Jamie's not careful.]

[Sora laughs as he reads Jamie's response.]

[Even if this was still for the challenge and the gameshow, Sora enjoys learning things about Jamie anyway. Might as well ask him things he's genuinely curious about rather than fling random questions at him.]

idk maybe a cat?? maybe one of those hairless ones that look like pigs have you seen those

[He can't remember quite where the inspiration for this decision comes from, just that it might be amusing. He also knows that if Sora hasn't seen a hairless cat before Jamie is definitely going to show him a picture of one as soon as this thing is over with.]

[Wonderfully weird. Which is something Sora is grateful for, and he hopes Jamie knows that. If he doesn't, the heart emoji he let slip by probably helps.]

["Weird" and "dork" are practically terms of endearment between the two of them at this point, so Jamie's grinning widely as he reads Sora's response, heart emoji and all.

But what would he name a hairless cat? "Dickhelmet" comes to mind, for some reason.]
