I just remembered that's my usual way of saying hello.

[He slid a list over to him. It's covered in cute little alien heads and some hearts. Inside the list of people interested in escaping are on it. The names are written in katakana and under each name notes are written in kanji and hiragana whether on stipulations; such as Terry won't leave without Maxxie and Yuffie and etcetera.

He's assuming Squalo can read it.]

Pretty good~ A few people said yes, some said no, some depends if others are doing it or not.

That or Tokyo, but I'd rather not wait that long. Besides, I'm familiar with Moscow, so that's a plus.

[He says this teasingly. He likes Xanxus after all. Thinks he's a liability but likes him all the same.

Still, Xanxus and Tooru could not be more different. Xanxus is like Ushijima, a spear that smashes through barriers. Tooru fancies himself more like a dagger, slipping between the chinks in armor.]

Hmm... maybe. As much as I'd like to, I think it should be low key, but it would be a nice distraction. I plan on being obnoxious afterward. [He smiles] So it doesn't matter either way.

That's good you're familiar with Moscow. I'm not familiar with Tokyo. Last time I went was before my nephew was born. My sister and brother-in-law took Iwa-chan and me for our eleventh birthdays since they were really close together. She actually found out she was pregnant during that trip. She has a cast iron stomach, but she kept getting motion sickness. I remember her telling my brother-in-law and him breaking down crying in front of one of the character actors.

[He knows Squalo won't care, but he's dropping the idle chatter in for cover in case someone is listening.]

Think it'd be a nice finishing touch. [ He files that idea away mentally. He just might end up using it. Of course, that means that anyone who doesn't make it will be getting an extra round of torture before Lesedi puts them under, but he thinks it's worth it. ]

[ He rolls his eyes and rests his cheek in his hand when the teen goes off about his family or whatever. Yeah, it helps with the whole "having a normal conversation" facade, but it's so goddamn trivial and boring. ]
