What: Hit gameshow series “Fairy Trial” is celebrating one of its anniversaries, and it’s invited you onboard. Check out the OOC post for IC match ups!

Where: Sevetop Entertainment’s studio.

No matter if they’ve arrived by limo or taken the bus, everyone involved gets star treatment as the makeup and costume departments go wild with the models they’ve been given. At least Sevetop has good accomodations. While it’s a chaotic and crowded scene, everyone still manages to fit in the two buildings Sevetop has dedicated for Fairy Trial’s purposes in this area. It’s one of the only points today that anyone will have a chance to everyone else. After all, once everyone involved in a particular challenge is done with, they’re hurried out the door and to their particular destination. Every challenge has a different area it takes place in, after all. For some pair ups, they’ll find themselves merely being escorted to another set on Sevetop’s huge property. Others will find themselves being escorted to some very classy transportation and taken outside of Vista City to special obstacle courses that simply wouldn’t fit anywhere else. On the bright side, once the actual filming is done no matter the location, the crew involved seems to relax considerably. Whether they’ve done great or not, Heroes and Royals are treated to dinner and a change out of their costumes. Good job, everyone. “We kill the lights and put on a show. [ HELL YEAH FREE FOOD. Arguably the best part of this whole deal, though Squalo supposes it had been somewhat fun, if slightly disappointing that Siege Attack Of The Athletic Lesbians succeeded so smoothly. Ah well, he's done his part. ]

[ Obviously, he'll be making use of the food. Especially anything with fish. Are there drinks? He'll be hitting those too. ]

[ And actually mingling, because his time in the tower was long enough for him to start missing face-to-face worship. He might actually indulge some fans or admirers in an almost pleasant chat if prompted, though there's always a risk it'll end quick given his temper. ]

[ If you reach him while he's checking out the buffet, he just might motion at whatever fish-based good he's got his sights on now. ]

Heey, you've got to try these.

[ Alternatively, if he's just chilling or drinking and you're approaching or he notices you looking at him from further away, he'll definitely give you one of his signature shit-eating grins. ]

[ Shoot, he spotted her. Haruka still isn't sold on the idea of putting this powder into people's food - who knows whether Gold can be believed, and the actual rescue operation isn't her prerogative - but it might serve as a good test of their fearless leaders' reliability.

Her hand withdraws, and she smiles. ] Good job today.

[ Standing up there and doing all that nothing while she powered the city on glitter and sparkles. Well done! ]

[ He eyes her up and down for a moment. Let's be real, he probably tried to hit on her back in the tower, got rebutted, he can take a goddamn hint, but he can still be a goddamn five year old about it if he feels like it. ]

Clearly not good enough. [ He says in an almost regretful tone. Well, considering his job aside from all that nothing was to try to stop her from reaching the top, yeah, he pretty much failed. ] Congratulations, by the way.

It's just the first round. [ But she toasts him with her drink, to hide the way her index finger and thumb just parted over his.

Consider yourself her guinea pig. Lucky you. ]

It's a start.

[ He'll mirror that toast. If he was back to normal, he probably would've noticed or suspected something, but he's still got a bit to go, plus it's a party, not some kind of a shady meeting. ]

[ So, yeah, he's downing his drink and the powder along with it. Looks like it hasn't affected the taste. There's maybe half of second where he seems to remain still and blink, as if a bit surprised by something, but then he's simply reaching for the bottle to refill his glass. ]

These things are always worth it for the free booze.

You sound like you're experienced. [ Haruka might as well stick around and make smalltalk while she waits to see whether anything happens. She thought she saw a pause earlier, but... ]

[ He might've decided to hide it without even knowing what it is. He'd gotten good at it. Carrying on with a performance in the middle of a memory, and so on. There's nothing specific this time, though, or maybe not yet. Just some kind of... a feeling. ]

In more ways than one. [ He flashes teeth at her, something between a grin and menacing. It might be... a bit colder than moments before, but not overly so. ] And why did you sign up?

[At the question Mai simply shrugs a shoulder as her brows raise up. Oh mock innocence rife with sarcasm.]

Sure, I guess the drink looks nice.

[ HE'S ACTUALLY GOING TO GROWN AT THIS RESPONSE. Seriously Mai he encouraged you to start throwing knives at people and this is how you repay him? ]

Where's the fun in that? If someone's going to hit on me, they better be prepared for what they're going to end up with if they're successful. It's just a polite warning.

Maybe, but who's gonna want to be successful at this rate? [ The rude smirk he gives her is pretty much the definition of "And you wonder why you're single", but surprisingly enough he'll continue in a different route; ] Found your knives shop yet?

[She shrugs a little.]

[Apparently she has no problem admitting that she's a rough woman to handle. The questions brings a smirk.]

You could say that. I managed to find someone who was more than happy to help out a rockstar with her knife 'collection' hobby.

[ And he has no problem admitting he's a masochist. How nice. ]

[Thankfully she's out of that stupid miniskirt and back into semi-normal clothing when she takes a seat nearby.]

[ His expression goes flat, as if saying "it's you" and it's the most disappointing thing in the world. Only for a moment, though. Because yo, isn't this the woman that he totally set up with Roy and look how well that went. He grins again. ]

Stick in the mud duo performed pretty well today. Had time to practice your teamwork?

I guess we were just really in sync.

[Or someone's competitive nature kicked in and reminded him how to work with her. They've done it for long enough that muscle memory alone should have been enough.]

[ Look, he would, but he doesn't have that much free time. It's a maximum of like three aquarium visits a week for him. He snorts. ]

Maybe. They've put me in fish-related photoshoots, though. It was awesome.
